How to Freeze or Report Lost Card

Step 1: Please login your HopeCard account using your registered email address and password.

Step 2: Select lock card or report loss in the card information section

Step 3: Please confirm if you want to lock your card. *You will not be able to use the card once locked.

Step 4: You can write down the report reason and click confirm. Kindly note that your old card will immediately be locked and a new replacement card will be issued to you.
